Rates & Insurance
Payment for my services are paid directly to Mystic Therapy by patients after their sessions. Many health plans cover my services as an Out-of-Network provider. If your insurance covers my services as an Out-of-Network provider, I will provide you with a receipt with the information you need for reimbursement and/or credit towards a deductible from your insurance company.
To determine your coverage, call your insurance provider and ask them:
- If you have mental health coverage.
- If yes, what are your mental health benefits?
- What is the Out of Network coverage amount per therapy session?
- How many therapy sessions does your plan cover?
- Is approval required from your primary care physician?
- My rates vary by the length of time and type of sessions but the information below can be used as a guide with your insurance provider to ask them about your coverage.
